Appetizer Selections

Caprese Skewers – Skewers with alternating petite fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened grape tomatoes, and red onion marinated in balsamic vinaigrette and decorated with julienne cut fresh basil leaves.

Sea Scallops – Scallops wrapped in apple wood smoked pepper bacon.

Pan-seared Miniature Crab Cakes – topped with a light basil cream sauce.

Cajun Shrimp Skewers – Shrimp are gently rubbed with a mild Cajun seasoning, then grilled. They are decorated and served with a garlic cream sauce.

Artichoke Croisintinis – A rich blend of artichokes, parmesan, and asiago cheeses is placed upon a garlic butter toasted croisintini. Then decorated with a creamy goat cheese spread.

Garlic Shrimp – Sautéed shrimp with a scampi twist. Served warm with a basil – pesto dipping sauce.

Cracked Crab Claws and Chilled Shrimp Cocktail – Served with a zesty cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

Chicken Caesar Salad Croustades – Marinated grilled chicken medallions are placed upon a bed of petite cut Caesar tossed romaine. All served on a slice of freshly baked Italian bread.

Mashed Potato Shooters – Shot glasses are filled with seasoned mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, apple wood smoked bacon, sour cream, and green onions.

Beef Tenderloin Croustades – Seasoned medium-rare USDA PRIME beef tenderloin thinly sliced and placed upon a slice of Italian bread with tarragon butter.

Chicken Caesar Salad Croustades – Marinated grilled chicken medallions are placed upon a bed of petite cut Caesar tossed romaine. All served on a slice of freshly baked Italian bread.

Beef Croisintini – Seasoned and grilled to medium-rare. This USDA PRIME beef tenderloin is served over garlic buttered pane crostino bread and dressed with a sweet horseradish cream sauce.

Beef Tenderloin Sliders – Our USDA PRIME beef tenderloin is seasoned and grilled, then layered with caramelized onions and a sweet horseradish cream sauce. All held within a toasted sesame brioche roll.

Pulled Pork Sliders – Toasted sesame brioche are filled with caramelized red onions, Heybeck’s own slow cooked pork and our tangy BBQ sauce.

Shrimp & Crab Croisintini – Garlic rubbed slices of Italian bread are topped with a butterflied shrimp stuffed with a seasoned crabmeat mixture.

Vine Ripened Tomato Brushetta – Garden fresh tomatoes, julienne cut basil leaves, finely diced of red onion, and fresh mozzarella cheese top an olive oil brushed slice of crusty Italian bread.

Spanikopita – Layers upon layers of phyllo and butter create the flaky texture that compliments the sharpness of feta and spinach that fills this popular hors d’ oeuvres.

Southwestern Turnovers – Rolled flour tortillas filled with Chihuahua Cheese, mild pablano peppers, tomatoes, and cilantros.

Jumbo Chicken Wings – Mild or spicy… they are seasoned before and after they are battered. Served with garden fresh baby carrots and celery. Selection of dressing served on the side.

Thai Curry Lentil Shooters – Exotic Thai flavors of curry, coriander, ginger and coconut milk enhance this fresh tasting starter.

Lobster Bisque Shooters – Our rich, creamy lobster bisque is served in a tall shooter glass and finished off with crème fraiche.

Asparagus and Asiago Phyllo – Blanched Asparagus and sharp asiago cheese are nestled within layers of golden and flaky phyllo.

Antipasto skewers – 6” skewers decorated with alternating sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, marinated fresh mozzarella, kalamata olives, and salami.

Brie and Raspberry in Phyllo – Our flaky phyllo is filled with sweet raspberry preserve, ground walnuts, and brie.

Smoked Salmon Croustades – Heybeck’s-own slow smoked salmon is flaked over crusty pane crostino bread and decorated with capers, finely diced tomatoes, red onions, and a light cream sauce.

Beef Sate with Chimchurri Sauce – Skewered tender beef is marinated and grilled over hot coals, then served with our traditional Argentinean sauce.

Marinated Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto – Tender asparagus is marinated in balsamic vinaigrette and fresh basil. Then they are wrapped with layers of paper-thin slices of imported prosciutto ham.
