Thank you does not begin to cover what we wanted to say to you and your staff and there is nothing I can say that would do justice for how amazing you guys were.

From when the planning first started, you helped guide me so much and helped me immensely and made sure I had every detail covered.  You went above and beyond and it was so appreciated

I didn’t think we could be more impressed with your services but then yesterday came and you blew us out of the water.  The amount of detail in the decorations was beyond amazing and you transformed our dream on paper to real life.  Then there was the food.  Everything was perfect and delicious and I was so excited for my leftovers ?.  Finally, the hard work and professionalism of you and your staff…there are no words!  I can’t tell you how many compliments we got on the food and the service.  The bartenders told us that of all the weddings in Lake Geneva they have done, you guys have been by far the best catering service they have ever seen.

Our wedding day was perfect and everything we had hoped for.  That would not have happened if it wasn’t for all you amazing ladies.  You helped make the wedding of our dreams and for that we will always be grateful.

Hi Brooke:  I just wanted to thank you.  The party was perfect!  It came off without a hitch.  The staff you sent was great.  They were all very nice, helpful, efficient, and organized with the perfect guest contact.  The food was terrific.  Binny’s worked out great.  The set up went well, and  the tent looked beautiful with the red/white tablecloths, the lovely serving tables that were set, and the little lights we put up.

Thank you for all your help leading up to the wedding, all your advice (despite what others said.. :-)..) was so helpful, I can see why someone wouldn’t need a wedding planner with you guys doing an event because from start to finish I can see how you don’t miss a detail.

I have to once again tell you what an awesome job you and your staff did on Sunday!! I’ve received several sweet emails and calls from some of my guests saying what a nice party we held and the food and service was stellar. My sister in law is like I’m going to have to use them when I throw a party she LOVED the stuff mushroom and all the food she joked and said she ate for several. My other sister’s like the macaroni shooters were “the bomb” Then today I’m working out and my one trainer said “guess what?? A client asked me earlier this week if I knew of any great caters” and he said “as a mater of fact I was just at at an incredible party” and gave your name out and he told me that his client is now working with you. Besides all those sweet compliments the person I wanted most to enjoy it was my daughter Skye and she was so touched by the entire event. I’m so pleased how you make your host home an environment that guest enjoy being part of a party.  I have to share this because without you and your team the party wouldn’t have the same wow factor –

Hi Brooke,

I want to send you my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful party last night!  The food was absolutely superb!  We had a little over 20 guests and almost all of the food is gone.  I could not say which appetizer was my personal favorite; they were all delicious!  The server you sent, Kathy, was outstanding!  She was beyond my best expectations.  The food buffet that she set was beautiful.  I really appreciate the artistry that you and she created with the serving pieces, candles, and flowers.  It was stunning.  Kathy was an exceptional help last night.  Greg and I have never had the luxury of awakening to a clean kitchen the next morning after a party.  What a joy it is!  Thank you for all you did to make my party special.  I will definitely want to do this again and next time with more notice to you!  Thanks for making this impromptu get together a success!

Hi Brooke,

Tonight’s party was wonderful, and I owe that entirely to you! Thank you for your energy in planning, and your creativity in making it work within our budget. The food was unbelievably delicious and was displayed so beautifully! People were raving about everything, especially the chicken wings, meatballs and mac & cheese. I also loved the pimento cheese crostini. Kathy, Sarah, Baleigh, and Dobrinka were top notch – so friendly and helpful. I’m in awe over how clean my kitchen is after hosting 90 people here! The good news is that most everybody here is from Barrington, and several people asked who catered, so hopefully it results in business for you!

I will be by tomorrow with the table linens.

Below is a heart felt thank you for all that you did to make our Daughter’s wedding a complete success. We hope you will be able to share this with any future Clients.

Heybeck’s Catering completely exceeded our expectations. We learned of  Hebeck’s from a comment at one of our potential venue options. We are so greatful we chose Brooke’s team,  but the most important was that our guests raved ” this was the best wedding cusine  ever! “.

Brooke was a dream to work with. She made a site visit of the rustic and unusual venue, created a layout, menus and a staffing plan to meet the Bride and Groom’s vision and the parents budget.

The day of the wedding we arrived to the venue after the ceremony and were ecstatic with what Brooke and her team had created. The friendly professionally dress staff passed delicious appetizers. The buffet table, bar and dessert table were exquisitely decorated. Our guests were invited to watch as they carved the pig which was really cool. The entire team ran all night long with smiles on Thier faces even after it started raining. Brooke kept us on schedule all night with a reassuring and authoritative ” your fine your fine ” which allowed us to enjoy the reception!

Brooke’s experience, eye for design, attention to detail and outstanding staff made our special event magnificent!!

I can’t thank you enough for an AMAZING meal you made on Easter Sunday!  The lamb was so delicious – so soft and juicy!  The pork was amazing too!  Everyone was saying it was one of the best (if not best) lambs they ever had!  Thank you so much!!  Not only did you cook an amazing meal but you helped clean up (which was a huge help to me!) so nicely!!  You helped made our Easter extra special this year!  Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!

I never thought I’d be sending a thank you note via email – but by the time I get around to actually mailing one it will probably be next year so I’m sorry for doing it this way.

First – I have to thank you so much for saving me!  You were amazing and talked me off the ledge several times.

The food was absolutely outstanding and everything we could have hoped for.
Now to the staff – they were the most professional, hardworking individuals I have seen.

All of them – Rueben, Tessie, Vanessa and Debbie – it could not have succeeded without them.

The table decorations (which I really thought would be unnecessary since it really was a bunch of fool golfers) were out of a magazine.

I could not believe how beautiful it looked without going over the top.

So many people (even the guys) took pictures of it.

And I cannot tell you how many phone calls and messages both my husband and I received the next day from people all complimenting your food and your crew.

I cannot thank you enough. I promise you that you will be my only caterer for any future event (and I promise to give more notice). thank you again so so much and please thank the rest of the staff.

My husband and I had a party on the evening of Saturday, September 22^nd, catered by you simply wonderful people. It was a BBQ at Heller Nature Center in Highland Park to celebrate with our guests from out-of-town who were attending our son’s wedding the next day.

I cannot praise you and your staff enough. The party was magnificent fun in great part to your contribution. The buffet looked incredible, the food was outstanding, and the staff provided were quick, efficient, pleasant, accommodating, on schedule, and professional in every way. From dealing with Brooke from the beginning to the staff that Heybeck’s provided at the event itself, there was no aspect of our experience with your company that was anything less than wonderful. Brooke responded to weeks’ worth of questions with patience and knowledge, along with great suggestions.

It was a wonderful party, and I am so very happy we used your excellent service. Thank you for enhancing what was already a wonderful weekend. I hope to have an occasion to use you again, and I am certainly raving about you to all of our friends and family.
